Founder & Head Coach

Olga Lapina is the founder and head coach of Moon Owl Track & Field Club.

She is a mother of four active children, and their need for accessible, structured, and meaningful sport became one of the main reasons for creating the club.

Olga has been coaching for more than three years. Her goal is to help young athletes build strength, confidence, discipline, and a healthy relationship with training and competition.

She believes that sport should be accessible at the right time in a child’s life, because it can change not only athletic performance, but also character, confidence, and the way children see themselves.
